How can I search for items on your platform?

We can search for items in two ways. The first method is a dropdown menu or structured search based on categories and subcategories. After selecting a category, our platform allows you to use filters. These filters make it easier to find items that match specific attributes. In addition, our site offers a convenient option to view only items that are currently in stock. You can access this by clicking on 'Show available items only'. The second approach is to search by item code, name or description. You can start this process by scrolling to the top of our site and entering the desired code, name or description in the search box.

How can I edit or add addresses on my profile?

Log in to your profile and click My Account, then click Addresses. In the dashboard, you will find a complete list of your registered addresses. To edit an address, simply move your mouse pointer and click the edit icon (indicated by a pencil). This will allow you to make the necessary changes to the address details. You can also add a new address or remove an existing one.

Apart from the Dashboard, you can easily add a new address during the checkout process at another point - 'Delivery', under the category 'Select Delivery Method - MDM Delivery'. Simply click on 'Add New Address +' and fill in all the required information.

What should I do if I forget my password for the portal?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps: Click on 'Login' and select 'Forgot Password'. Enter the email address associated with your registration on the portal for which you forgot the password and click 'Change Password'. You will then receive an email with detailed instructions.

How can I access and download certificates on the platform?

Log in to your user profile and go to 'My Account' and select 'Certificates'. You can quickly access this feature from the homepage of our website. It is located in the top right corner.

You can choose from three search criteria: item number, lot number, or date. You can also easily search by invoice number. When you click "Download," the system retrieves the entire package of certificates associated with a specific invoice number. If necessary, you can download individual certificates by selecting the blue arrow.

How can I generate a sales offer for the items I wish to purchase?

Log in to your account and select the item you wish to purchase. Click 'Buy' to proceed to the shopping cart. Click 'Download' and a sales offer will be generated for the selected items.

How can I use the 'Favorite Items' feature on the website?

A very useful feature of the website is the 'Favorite Items' function. To use this feature, you must be logged in to your account. Select a product and simply click on the star icon to add or remove the item from your favorites list.

You can view all the items you've bookmarked by clicking on 'My Account' and selecting ' Favourites'. For your convenience, you can also access this feature directly from the home page of our site, located in the top right corner. This feature is useful for those who make repeat purchases, as it provides a quick overview of the stock status and prices of your favorite items.

How can I enter and manage item codes on the platform?

One of the useful features is the ability to enter and manage item codes. Each user has the ability to edit the code associated with a specific item. Simply select the desired item and click on the pencil icon to edit the ID. When editing the code, you can use letters, numbers, and symbols. When you are finished editing, click 'Save'. All item codes are systematically stored and accessible in one place. To view and manage these codes, go to 'My Account' and select 'Item Codes'. Here you can easily edit the codes using the pencil icon or remove them by selecting the red X. In addition, our portal offers an easy-to-use search function that allows you to find items based on your unique code.

How can I manage user roles on the portal?

The portal provides functionality to manage the roles of all registered and approved users. This role management is available only to your desired administrators.

To manage roles, log in to the web portal, go to ''My Account'', and select ''Users List''. Administrators can assign users three different roles: the ability to manage certificate downloads, access to financial information, or restrict product ordering. If you want a user to have access to certificates, select the checkbox. For users who need access to all financial data, the checkbox should be checked in blue. Restricting the ordering of items prevents users from completing orders, but allows them to view prices and inventory levels. This functionality ensures efficient role management in a business environment.

How can I use the cutting functionality for long materials on the online portal?

The online portal allows you to accurately cut long materials such as tubes and profiles. For a seamless user experience, log in to the portal where you can easily access the cutting functionality. Navigate to the desired item, select the length of the material, and note the minimum quantity. The ability to edit the material cut is available on both the selected item page and in the shopping cart, giving you the flexibility to purchase and order the materials you need.

How can I easily reorder my previous orders on the platform?

You can easily reorder your previous orders. Ensure a quick and seamless experience by logging into your account. Once you have selected the order you wish to reorder, simply click the 'Reorder' button. The system will automatically add all quantities and items to your cart. Once in the cart, you have complete control over the contents - you can add, remove, or change the quantity of individual items. This is designed to simplify the reordering process and allow you to fully customize your purchases.
