Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes

In accordance with point 3 of Article 32 of the ZlsRPS (Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution Act (ZlsRPS)); MDM d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider, as having jurisdiction over a consumer dispute, that a private user could bring under the Out-of-Court Consumer Disputes Act.
